Chalet Bockberg (One Villas) offers 250 m² of living space, accommodating up to 8 guests.
It features 4 bedrooms – three with double beds and one with bunk beds – plus 3 bathrooms and an additional guest WC.
The private spa area includes a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation lounge.
On the spacious terrace, you’ll find an outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, a grill, and a ping-pong table – ideal for laid-back afternoons with mountain views.
In winter, enjoy direct ski access (ski-in/ski-out); in summer, hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep.

During winter, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle, as snow-covered conditions can occur despite regular clearing. Winter tires are mandatory.
Please note that a security deposit of €2,000 must be pre-authorized on your credit card prior to arrival.
The amount will not be charged, only reserved, and will be automatically released within three days after departure, unless damages are reported.
The chalet is designed for self-catering guests.
Additional services – such as mid-stay cleaning, linen changes, or breakfast delivery – are available upon request and for an additional fee.

Chalet Moralee is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kitzbühel.
The town center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or a scenic 20-minute walk along the river.
A supermarket for daily needs is within a 10-minute walk.
Activities & Surroundings
For skiers, the nearest access to the KitzSki area is in Jochberg, where free parking is available.
Alternatively, you can reach the Hahnenkamm or Kitzbüheler Horn lifts via bus from the Kitzbühel Langau stop, located about 8 minutes from the chalet.
In summer, the area offers countless hiking and biking trails, while in winter you’ll find perfectly groomed slopes, toboggan runs, and cozy mountain huts.
Services & Stay Information
Please note that Chalet Moralee is a self-catering chalet.
Bed linen and towels (two per person) are included, but there is no daily cleaning or hotel service.
About seven days before your arrival, you will receive all essential details in your digital guest guide.

Additional Information
A €400 security deposit will be pre-authorized three days before arrival.
The whirlpool has specific care and safety rules that must be acknowledged upon check-in.
We do not accept bookings from groups planning parties or loud gatherings.
