The spacious double bed in the bedroom measures 240 × 200 cm and offers plenty of room to relax. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) provides additional sleeping space for two more guests

The apartment is quietly situated at the foot of the Bichlalm, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to town. The charming center of Kitzbühel is just a 20-minute walk away. Two large shopping centers – including a supermarket, sports shops, and more – are within a 5–7 minute walk.
The ski bus stop is only 200 meters from the apartment and can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot.
